Went down to VA and went here to visit the store and was assisted by the staff. A young man with colored hair helped me out a lot. This store is awesome!

Visit quite often to check out new and used gear for my girl. Love the variety and the staff are always helpful and friendly. It's nice to get good deals on stuff for your kids when they are still growing into a sport.

*** Editing my review after response from the owner*** The rusted dumbells did not have a red tag on them and did not list the price as $1.00 per pound. The priced label clearly stated 45.00 and I believe this was either a 30 pound or 35 pound. We were looking at several different sizes. Like I said in my original post walmart had the same dumbells for 15.00 cheaper, so even at brand new equipment I thought being cheaper than the competitor was the point whether new or used. The weight bench didnt look new but i also did not see a displayed label recognizing that it was new and not used. The used and new items were still over priced. The Huffy bike, listed as 159.99 was price checked at walmart for 79.99, which is a 100% mark up. There was also no label that it was 20% off. I also did not see any signs or information that anything was 20% off. The store was busy that day so asking for help was not an option. In order for your customers to know about these things you have to put signs and information that they can read. As for running a business, I understand the need for new equipment to offset your costs, but you are located in Cave Spring which really should have been a red flag

Appalled and disgusted, I cannot believe the shape of my brand new skis after getting them waxed here. It looks like a 3 year old performed the service. There is wax all over my bindings and all over the tops of my skis! My mouth hit the floor when the employee brought them up to the register. I wanted to cry when I saw them. When I pointed out the obvious issues, they took them to the back to try and fix the HORRIBLE JOB. I waited for over 20 minutes for the owner to address the awful mess. It's still NOT RIGHT and I was then charged FULL PRICE FOR THE WORST JOB EVER!!!!! I will NEVER STEP BACK in this establishment again. I've spent over an hour, at home, trying to remove all of this wax. It's apparent that whoever they use to perform this service could CARE LESS about the type of work that they do. According to their staff they've had MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS like mine. And had I not spoken up, they would have let me walk out of there with them in even worse condition. They owner said I could bring them back and they would try and clean them up some more. Yeah...NO THANK YOU!!!! Save yourself some heartache, money and time and go to a professional ski shop who will take care of your
